Raintree can be rented as a five bedroom villa, a three bedroom villa or two self-contained apartments. Each of the five bedrooms has a Queen size bed, silent air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with large shower. Three of the rooms have walk out balconies with westerly views overlooking Mount Irvine Golf Course and Buccoo Reef.
Two bedrooms have kitchenettes on the balconies. The spacious and well-lit kitchen is fully equipped with North American appliances. Drinking water is purified through reverse osmosis filtration units.
The living and dining areas have a high vaulted ceiling, fans and Italian marble floors. Cross-breezes cool the room naturally and large French doors open onto the attractive verandah with its classic columns.
The tear-shaped pool dominates the garden below the main verandah, together with its landscaped surrounds, wooden gazebo and sun-deck. With its disappearing edge and fibreoptic lighting, day and night time swimming is a delightful experience. |
