Located on the southern end of Tobago this friendly, off beach, hotel is complete with all sparkly white kitchenettes, pine fittings and terra cotta floors, big showers in the bathroom and a Welcome Hammock in each patio. Available services are outdoor barbecue pits, a palm thatched pool side restaurant, cocktail bar and a kidney shaped pool in a beautiful garden atmosphere. We offer a small intimate hotel that is owner managed.

 The studio apartments are located on the ground floor along the pool and the ocean view rooms are on the upper floor overlooking the pool with an ocean view. All of the apartments are air conditioned, the beach is three minutes walk away and is located on the Atlantic Side of the island. Laundry services and a secured allocated area for wet suits and gear are available.
We are located just about 7 minutes drive away from the airport and about 5 minutes drive away from the capital of the island Scarborough (i.e. between the airport and Scarborough). Most other beaches and restaurants are within 10 minutes drive from us. You can get fresh fruit, fish, etc.. at the market in Scarborough, and there is a grocery store within 2 minutes drive away from us.

 You can travel along the north coast by either renting a car/jeep or through one of our arranged island-tours, and you'll soon discover that every cove offers undistrurbed perfection. Castara, Parlautvier, Englishman's Bay, all quaint little fishing villages that are really interesting to see and explore. If you are adventurous, we can recommend a dive experience, Tobago is a big secret in the Dive Travel industry, and Ocean Point has hosted divers from the world over. If you're a bubble watcher, we can arrange a glass-bottom boat ride to see the vast variety of underwater life that Tobago's south side - Buccou Reef, and/or North Side - Angel Barrier Reef has to offer. Wonderful snorkelling can also be arranged, either amateur, where we recommend some good places, or via a snorkelling charter. Angel fish, parrot fish, trigger fish, butterfly fish, in fact up north, every known species of hard coral, and most species of soft coral can be seen. Alternatively, rent a bike, and discover Tobago slowly. Hike through the rainforest - Tobago's main ridge, protected since 1765! The list goes on and on, don't worry, Kallie, the guru of Ocean Point will tell all when you arrive.

Located at the charming Ocean Point Hotel in Lowlands, Tobago, our restaurant is right across the street from the massive 750-acre Tobago Plantations estate and PGA Golf Course!
Our cozy, open-air dining area has a Sweet Green Garden Décor with many tropical plants, crawling vines, flowering Jasmin Trees - a perfect place to relax after a hectic day of discovering our beautiful island!
Our creative cooks prepare food items of our various cultures such as
East Indian (various blends of curry - must try the Curry Crab & Dumplings!)
Blue/Soul Food (better known as creole cooking - must try the Oil Down with coconut milk!)
Convenient Hours of Operation are as follows:

Tobago's food is typical of the rest of the Caribbean. Spicy, creative, and yummy! We offer a mixture of local and/or international cuisine, and special orders and off-the-menu items are always welcomed (as long as we can get it). Our twin-island's nation is of mixed descent, African, and East Indian. As a result, our food reflects the interesting mixture of our peoples. |
Everyone who knows about it, that is. Tobago boasting the world's largest brain coral has long been the near-exclusive playground of Europeans, grabbing just a few thousand North American divers a year.
But diving this diverse—from shallow reefs, to deep pinnacles, to fast drift dives to big animal encounters—can't stay under wraps forever. The word is out, and more and more divers can point out Tobago on the Caribbean map and tell you with pride about their experience there.
Mantas? Heck, who needs to fly halfway around the world to Yap to see them? Get down here between December and May, and chances are, you'll get to see them gracefully glading through our nutrient-rich waters. |

Just two minutes walk to the island's longest beach...
A short walk away from a rustic windswept beach on the Atlantic side of the island (same beach that the Tobago Hilton is on). It is a 2-mile palm-fringed beach, and although a bit windy at times, very enjoyable to swim in. Calmer beaches however, are just an eight minutes drive away. The beach is also great for jogging, and talking long walks.
