Book a cruise suite instead

Raffles Resort is beautiful and in good shape. All mechanicals (plumbing, air, electricity) work well. Pool is beautiful and golf course is unbelievable. But, for the prices charged, the service should be outstanding...we have experienced better at the local Holiday Inn. The property will get you there but the service will bring you back--or in this case NOT! The locals don't care for Raffles and there must be some underlying tension between staff and management. Two employees told us they were quitting due to poor management. Not what we'd ever hear at a Four Seasons!
For the money we spent, we could've had a suite with Butler on a Celebrity Cruise and had an immensely more enjoyable experience.
