Pallina is located in exclusive Peterborg, a peninsula that forms Magen's Bay. Magen's Bay Beach is a 5 minute drive.
Villa Diva
Villa Diva on St Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands is the ultimate vacation rental villa. A complete luxurious virgin island villa for your tropical vacation. This enchanting and fully air-conditioned custom villa is tucked away behind an electronic gate in a garden setting and enjoys panoramic sunset views of famous Magen's Bay.
It is built as two pavilions separated by a covered walkway and swimming pool. The main pavilion contains the large great room with an open plan kitchen and dining area. The Great room opens out through french doors to a long covered deck for alfresco Dining and relaxing. The spacious master bedroom/ bath suite with walk in closet, its own private covered veranda and cozy media room adjoins this pavilion. The second pavilion offers two more air conditioned bedrooms and a bath, and a complete air conditioned bedroom apartment suite below. Beautifully furnished with woods and ceramic tiles in shell pink. Diva is a wonderful retreat for laid back vacation days, watching the sun sparkle on blue Magen's Bay.
Diva is located in exclusive Peterborg a peninsula that forms Magen's Bay. Nearest beach is a 3-4 minute walk and Magen's Bay Beach is a 5 minute drive. Diva has a large level parking area and is handicapped accessible.
Escort:
Included with your stay at one of our villas is an escort. Your escort will meet you at the airport or your car rental agency and escort you to your villa. Once there, the escort will show you through the villa, give you your keys, and answer any questions you may have about the villa.
Housekeeping:
All of our villas are cleaned and prepared before your arrival. A mid-week "hotel-type" cleaning is also included.Arrangements may be made in advance for housekeeping services more often at an additional charge. Usually $50.00 to $75.00 US depending on services required.
Car Rental:
We recommend a rental vehicle to reach our villas and to explore the island's many sights. Your stay will be much more enjoyable with a rental car. Driving is on the left. Many of the roads on St Thomas are steep but most are well paved. Your foreign or US driver's license is valid here for 90 days. Rental vehicles are available at the St Thomas Airport through major car rental agencies and should be arranged for in advance. Taxi service is available if needed.

With your rental you'll recieve an information packet. This packet has all the information you may need on topics such as groceries, babysitting services, cooks, driving on St Thomas, dining recommendations, nightlife, the other Virgin Islands, fun on St Thomas, and much more. |
Groceries:
If you do not order prestocking of food for your villa, you will need to make an initial trip to one of the major grocery stores as soon as you arrive. Your escort will give you directions. Plaza Extra in the Tutu Park Mall is the newest and offers the most variety. |
