We had booked a 2 room suite to find that only 1 of the 2 rooms had air conditioning. When we brought this to the owners attention and asked for a fan to move the air from one room to the other she looked at me as if I had third eye and kept saying no one else has ever complained as if I was being unreasonable. After much insisting that something be done we were down graded from a 2 room suite to a 1 room suite for the same price. The continental breakfast consisted of toaster waffles, cereal, bagels, orange juice and coffee, nothing to write home about. The restaurant is good but for the prices my wife and I paid less for a 3 course meal at Emeralds in Atlanta and had a great dinner. The maid service only makes the beds and changes the towels if you would like something cleaned such as the bathroom or the floors moped you need to put in a special request. Lastly you are expected to turn off the air conditioner whenever you leave the room or you will be charged an additional $10 per day. Stay at the Best Western by the airport for the same price and much nicer people.
