The Agave Terrace is the Premier Seafood Restaurant in the Virgin Islands. Agave has developed a reputation as the "celebrity restaurant" on St. Thomas and host for important food and wine events.
The emphasis is on fish, lobster and crab legs, but excellent pasta dishes, steaks, sauces, desserts and a children's menu are all handcrafted from the scratch kitchen. Nightly entertainment includes Aben on the Steel Pan Tuesday and Thursday, Freddie on Piano Monday, and Chris on classical guitar Friday. Desmond has been behind the bar for 16 years putting a smile on everyone's face.
