Recently completed in 2000, the bi-level, 3,300-square foot (including decks) Villa Nicoletta sleeps up to ten people in air-conditioned comfort and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, including: 6 High Definition flat-screen TV’s all with 120-channel satellite television and four Dell computers with 19-inch flat-screen monitors, wireless broadband Internet and printer/scanner/fax capability. There are also 6 DVD players to go with the TVs,as well as CD players, radios and video games. The interior is tastefully appointed in a blend of tropical and nautical themed furniture and artwork while the kitchen and dining areas are well equipped for any culinary occasion.

Now you can enjoy your favorite tunes while soaking in the hot tub, pool and Tiki Bar. If you do choose to dry off and relax inside, we have system hooked up throughout the house. A Yamaha Multi Zone stereo and 200 CD changer gives you an extensive list of choices to listen to. Or you can tune in to one of the DISH Network's selection of digital radio channels.

Island activities- Water sports we will be happy to assist you with planning a day of water sports including sailing, power boating, diving, deep sea fishing, snorkeling or beaching. If you’re new to water sports, we can set you up with private lessons including sailing, board sailing, Kite surfing, and diving lessons.
Island Activities -Other How about a helicopter tour, day excursions to the British Virgin Islands, or jump in your car and take the ferry to St. John. We can tell you all about it. If golfing is your thing - Mahogany Golf Course is down the road. We are currently offering in house massages, and private yoga or Pilate's lessons by licensed instructors.
