The Delfina, built in 2000, is typical Caribbean gingerbread style, situated in the most beautiful part of the island, the Lowlands, between the French Capital Marigot and the Dutch capital Philipsburg.
Located in a residential area, 300 meters from Copecoy beach, the Delfina is approximately 3,000 sq. m., with spacious gardens and a 40’ x 16’ pool with sun terrace. Breakfast and happy-hour drinks are served overlooking the lagoon and we are within walking distance of other resorts and restaurants.
Sint Maarten/Saint Martin is the smallest island in the world to be divided between two sovereign powers; ownership of the island is split between the Dutch (Netherland Antilles) and the French.
