You definitely knocked at the right door if you are looking to rent a charming and intimate studio apartment, in a very nice and peaceful residential area. Great spot! A D D I T I O N A L     I N F O: Located at Côte d'Azur Marina (Waterfront Private Beach Villas) in the Dutch Lowlands of the island of Sint Maarten / Saint Martin. Through a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, stairs lead down to an elegantly decorated and fully furnished studio apartment right on the water. Banana studio has a king size bed, a living room area with a sleep 2 sofa, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchenette, and a large terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a nice view overlooking the lagoon, banana trees, and the French side of the island.
