Keyhouse and Leeward House are lovely, one and two bedroom, sea front villas situated at the foot of Dieppe Bay, a small fishing village on the Caribbean Sea. Lemon Court is a secluded private tropical world. The villas are perfect for those who want luxury and quiet.
Both Keyhouse and Leeward House have decks with breathtaking views of the islands, including Saba and St. Eustatius. Each villa has a pool on the sea. A coconut palm fringed beach of black and gold flecked sand is steps away.
Keyhouse and Leeward House are beautifully furnished with 18th and 19th century antiques. Louvered doors and windows open to all exposures, and white ceramic Italian tile flows throughout both villas. Rawlins Plantation Inn and Ottley’s Plantation are both within easy driving time. The Golden Lemon Inn with restaurant, bar and tennis court is nearby. All three offer excellent cuisine and dining. There is a casino and a golf course just a half hour away.
Keyhouse is a one bedroom, one bath villa with a large swimming pool. The sun deck has views of Mt. Misery, tropical gardens and the sea. The high, vaulted ceilinged living room has a double sofa bed and a wet bar. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a queen sized four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a counter top breakfast bar that opens onto the large deck. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The large, wooden deck overlooks the sea and a sundeck overlooks the swimming pool. There is a direct dial phone in the den. Keyhouse is equipped with cable TV and a CD player.
Maid service is provided and our guests will be met at the airport by our representative. A rental car is recommended.
Leeward House is a two bedroom, two bath villa decorated in antique furniture. There is a vaulted ceiling in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private swimming pool. There are two direct dial phones in Leeward House. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen sized four poster bed and a bathroom with shower stall ensuite. A balcony overlooks the sea. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed, bathroom and shower ensuite. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. A large wooden deck is directly on the sea. Leeward House is equipped with cable TV. Guests with children are welcome at Leeward House.
