Playa Blue rents condos/apartments located in Playacar, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. We rent our quaint and comfortable condo/apartment by the week and month. Playa Blue is a 1500 square foot luxury condominium with 2 bedroom/2 bath with marble flooring and baths, master bath and outdoor balcony.

Best of all, this condominium is in the same gated community and street as the mega resorts of Gala Royal, Iberostar, Riu Yucatan, Riu Palace, Viva Maya, Royal Hideway, Viva Azteca, Allegro, and Riu Playacar, and offers the seclusion, luxury, and space that can't be duplicated. This luxury condo is just 45 feet from the condo's beach/hotel resort located in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean for which your rental gives you privileges for beach chairs, towels and beach side pool. At your option, you can also purchase daily all-inclusive plans and still tours and the night life of Playa Del Carmen.
- Enjoy 1500 sq. feet of living space.The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and has a queen size sofa bed, stereo, television, vcr, dvd player, and cd player for your convenience.
- The rooms are tastefully decorated in a mixture of leather and wood furniture.
- Beach club with chairs and towels included with purchase of condo. All inclusive is optional for $25 dollars per day (7 am - 6 pm) or $35 until 2am. All inclusive includes drinks (alcoholic included), meals, kayaks, sail boats, wind surfing, and tips.
- Relax on a large terrace overlooking the first hole of the championship golf course. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers complete privacy.

- Steps from the condo's beach resort, and a fantastic view of the golf course, you have everything Playa has to offer. Taxis are readily available in front of the condo. Arrangements for tour packages can be made at the beach/hotel resort. Transportation to and from the airport is also readily available at the beach resort.
- The condo is adjacent to a pool and landscaped areas, and has car and bike parking. The condo is air-conditioned.
You will find that Playacar, in which the condo is located, is a safe gated community. The town of Playa is a major international tourist spot (even though the location might be new to you) and is as safe as most you will find anywhere. However, when in any new town (or your own) it is always wise to take precautions against crime.
A car is not necessary. The condo is a short 15 minute walk to the restaurant and shop area of Playa Del Carmen. Nearly all of the walk is in the secure gated community of Playacar. Even for the short two blocks outside of Playacar, their is a great deal of tourist activity making it safe to walk around. Of course, a car is nice for a day trip and cars can be rented on a daily basis throughout Playa Del Carmen.
To enter from the US you need a birth certificate and a picture ID (one with a picture) or a passport.
It is not necessary to have pesos.
You will find that customs in Mexico is very friendly. You will press a button upon leaving the airport with your luggage. If you have a green button, you can proceed. A red button will mean a brief delay while customs looks at your luggage.
Transportation to Playa Del Carmen. Playa del Carmen is located about 45 minutes south of Cancun and a 45 minute ferry ride from Cozumel.
There are plenty of public telephones and internet cafes in Playa making communication with friends easy.
It is best to drink only bottled water in Playa Del Carmen (and I suspect most people do this now anyway when they travel). The condo has an ample supply of drinking water for your entire stay.
In Playa, you will hear many languages but English is spoken by nearly all merchants.
Credit cards are accepted in some establishments. Most restaurants prefer cash. You can exchange travelers checks throughout Playa Del Carmen. You may also exchange your currency at a bank.
