For lovers and beach lovers alike, there’s an activity here for you (even if it’s just taking a nap in the hammock!). Here’s all that’s available: * Daily and nightly activity program * Bicycles for use on the premises * Non-motorized water sports including paddleboats, kayaks and snorkeling gear * Beach towels * Scuba clinics in the pool * Two freshwater swimming pools * A hard surface tennis court; rackets and balls provided free of charge * Fitness center * Sauna and steam baths * Live music and shows * Activities: beach volleyball, Aquaerobics, Salsa lessons, low-impact aerobics A M E N I T I E S: The El Dorado Seaside Suites consists of 133 Junior Suites distributed in two story buildings. Unlike most other resorts in the area, our resort runs parallel to the beach, affording each room easy access to the beach, which is literally just a few steps away. All of the Junior Suites are decorated in a blend of contemporary and authentic Mexican style, and come with marble or Mexican title floors. The furniture is made of local wood which gives a friendly and visually appealing atmosphere to the accommodations. The Junior Suites are available in five categories, including Garden View Junior Suites that give view to the lush foliage of the property; Ocean View Junior Suites that have lovely views of the Mexican Caribbean Sea; Ocean Front Junior Suites which directly face the beach; Jacuzzi Junior Suites, and Swim up Jacuzzi Junior Suites, all with interior hot tubs and some of which feature direct beach access and spectacular views of the Caribbean. All Jr. Suites have individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, king size beds or double beds upon request, private bath, shower, color satellite TV, DVD player, mini-bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box, a living room area with sofa and amenities kit. Another amenity to enjoy while enjoying the room is the 24-hour room service. It is great for those days or evening when you just don’t feel like getting out of bed, or for late night cravings. And you don’t have to feel guilty because it’s part of the all inclusive. Yes, we thought, you’d like that. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 1:00 pm. D I N I N G   &   R E S T A U R A N T S: Arrecifes Restaurant: Arrecifes serves international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks throughout the day. It has a daily changing chef’s menu. Continental breakfast is served from 06:00 am to 07:00 am and 10:30 am to 11:30 am. A’ la Carte breakfast is served from 07:00 am to 10:30 am. A’ la Carte lunch and specialty dinner are served from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 05:30 pm to 10:30 pm, respectively. The restaurants cannot accomodate tables with more than 8 people or groups on their regular seatings, these should be coordinated separately as a group event. La Carreta Restaurant: La Carreta prepares authentic Mexican fare. From traditional Mexican favorites such as Tacos, Enchiladas and Steak Arrachera to more exotic dishes such as Huitlacoche and Nopales, La Carreta is always a great choice for dinner. The restaurant has a beautiful new bar – La Cantina- with a selection of International brands and exceptional Margaritas. Due to popular demand, reservations are required. But there are several seating times between 5:30 PM and 10 PM. The restaurants cannot accomodate tables with more than 8 people or groups on their regular seatings, these should be coordinated separately as a group event. Klay Talay Restaurant: Klay Talay is Thai and means “by the seaside.” Quite fitting for a sea view Asian restaurant. It blends a variety of Asian styles into a fine fusion of Oriental cuisine. It is open for dinner between 5:30 PM and 10 PM. Reservations are required. The restaurants cannot accomodate tables with more than 8 people or groups on their regular seatings, these should be coordinated separately as a group event.
