The new Blue Parrot Suites, located just 50 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the original Blue Parrot Hotel, features 22 spacious units in a variety of configurations, including one and two-bedrooms and studios ranging in size from 450 to more than 1200 square feet. Decorated with Tommy Bahama® furniture and Pottery Barn® kitchen and bathroom accessories, the atmosphere of the Blue Parrot Suites evokes a casual tropical luxury. Set in a lushly landscaped jungle courtyard, all units have private terraces, and top floor units feature balconies and ocean view rooftop decks.

The newly opened Blue Parrot Suites--located about 50 meters from the Blue Parrot Hotel and beach--features 22 units in a variety of creative room configurations, including one and two bedrooms, deluxe and courtyard suites. All units feature private terraces, while select units have private rooftop terraces with ocean views.
Set in a lushly landscaped private courtyard and pool, the architecture of the Blue Parrot Suites follows the trendsetting lines of the original Blue Parrot Hotel, with the addition of larger, custom-designed interiors featuring Tommy Bahama furniture, Potter Barn bathrooms and fully appointed kitchenettes.
In-room amenities include:
Climate control A/C, Sony entertainment centers featuring 29-inch flat screen TV's w/ cable, CD/DVD players, telephone, hair dryer, in-room safe, bathrobes, iron & ironing board, vanity mirror, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, toaster, mini-bar and a “Blue Parrot Signature Welcome Basket” of coffee, an assortment of herbal teas and bottled water.
Our beds are cushy Sealy Pillow Top mattresses with 300 thread-count sheets.
Our “Yucatan Herbal” all natural bath products feature ingredients indigenous to the state of Yucatan in southeastern Mexico such as Honey, Aloe Vera and Vanilla Bean.

 Beach Club and Dining--The Blue Parrot Beach Club
Way back in 1998, Newsweek magazine named the Blue Parrot Beach Club "one of the ten best bars in the world."
Since then, things have only gotten better.
As a hotel guest, there's one very important thing that you need to know about the Blue Parrot Beach Club; participation is optional. In other words, it is far enough away from the hotels that it won't disturb you--if you're not in the mood for nightlife.
In Playa del Carmen, the Blue Parrot Beach Club has been a "must-do" for visitors for over two decades. Located directly on the white sand beaches of the turquoise Caribbean; the waves literally break just feet from our dance floor.
During the day, enjoy our beachfront lounge chairs complete with umbrellas and soak up the sun and sea while our daytime DJ guides you through a gentle sensual journey. There's no need to go anywhere else. We offer full service food and beverage from 7:30 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.
Come nightfall, the Beach Club undergoes a magical transformation as top international DJ's deliver an eclectic mix of music in three different environments. Our beach dance floor tends to feature more pop and retro, while the Palapa Lounge offers the progressive dance mix that our Latin American and European customers tend to prefer. For a more relaxed chill out vibe, the palapa-covered sky bar offers dramatic overviews of the Caribbean and the beachfront dance floor.
The Legendary Blue Parrot Fire Show is presented on the beach at 10:30 PM nightly.
