If you really want to know
By: Lisa / clirving from Florida
Date of Visit: April 2006
The Wyndham promotes itself as one of Jamaica's high class hotels. It has class no doubt, but they could use some work on the quality of the hotel.
It needs many upgrades (like wall paper, and fresh painting needing in rooms & hall areas as well as outside the hotel. Windows could use some attention. I feel if hotels charge the top rate dollar, they should look the part.
The pool and beach environment was great. Excellent views of the beach from the guest rooms. Be sure to ask for the quiet side of the hotel if you don't like the party noise at night. Food was great at times, and okay other times. They seem to have an abundance of people working there some just standing around. They often congregate and talk among themselves. Seems they like to stare and glare at customers visiting the resort. This was annoying and made me and my family very uncomfortable.

Beautiful

I spent the most beautiful 4 days at this resort. The activities are well planned and the food was delicious. I felt both at home and well cared for by the staff at this gorgeous hotel.
