FDR Pebbles Resort is located on the oceanfront and offers 96 cedarwood junior suites are distinctively Caribbean in flavor, design and color and stretch along a 600-foot private beach. Cuisine is exceptional. There is a choice of 3 restaurants - all by the sea. The Oceanside Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The popular Beachfront Jamaican Grill serves spicy jerk port and jerk chicken all day and the adults only 'Sabbia', offers dinner by the seaside in an Italian theme.
At FDR Pebbles we bring your family closer together. Take the time to dine together at our Oceanside Restaurant which serves delightful International Cuisine. Here, in a lively family atmosphere, buffet meals are served three times daily on an open terrace with stunning views.
Our Jamaican Restaurant offers some of the best jerk chicken, jerk pork and spicy Jamaican patties found anywhere on the island. Open from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, guests enjoy our Jamaican specials and all-day snacks while lingering over a cold Red Stripe beer. It's a favorite meeting place right on the beach!
Our adults-only specialty restaurant "Sabbia", located on the oceanfront, serves exquisite Italian Cuisine. The decor is rustic yet classy and is decorated in red, green and white Italian colours. The food is hearty, the atmosphere warm yet romantic, the service attentive and courteous. Open for dinner only, the service is a la carte.
FDR Pebbles offers dining choices for everyone. From International to Italian, to Jamaican, to Kids Meals, there are choices to tempt everyone's palate. Sample pawpaw, mango, ortanique. Savour watermelon, pineapple, grapes and cantalope. Don't forget to leave room for the many pies, cakes, cookies and ice cream which accompany each meal!
We have not forgotten about the little ones! The Kidz Buffet (Dinner) is located adjacent to the gym. After a hectic day of activities our special kiddies buffet meals are varied in choices to keep them energized. Salads, shepherd's pie, chicken fingers, fish bites, spaghetti and meatballs, soups, yummy cakes and jello are just a sample of the items that we include to keep the little ones happy and on the go. Open for dinner only between 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily. |
