Jamaican food is healthy and delightfully rich in flavor blending African, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, and European cuisines. Rice, vegetables, from beans to yams to green peppers, and fruits such as mangos, bananas, and papayas all come together in savory seafood and meat dishes.

No visit to Aqua Moon is complete without a beach barbeque that includes tasting the savory flavors of jerk chicken and fish. Jerk refers to the heavenly mixing of special spices use to season grilled chicken, fish, and other meats. Lime juice, crushed pimento berries, hot peppers, and other spice give jerk that unmistaken Jamaican zest. Top off this fare with a Red Stripe Jamaican beer and hard-dough bread for a perfect mouth watering island experience. And no one makes jerk better on the island than the staff at Aqua Moon.
