Some popular local restaurants are also within easy reach of the villa, and lush tropical rainforest and waterfalls are only a drive away. This is the perfect place for a relaxing Caribbean holiday.
In a secluded residential area on the backbone of the Lance aux Épines peninsula is Villa Gelatini. With sea views from the front and back of the house, and with cooling breezes sweeping through, this delightful house is available for a very special holiday.
In a commanding position on the brow of the peninsula, with magnificent views over two of the loveliest bays in Grenada, Villa Gelatini is a charming single-storey luxury villa. It was built in 1995 as a private residence, to the highest western standards. This spacious and well maintained villa has three double bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite. Within the property of over 25,000 square feet, the house is set in beautiful well-tended gardens, with lawns and flowers to the rear of the house and to the front, and a surround of colourful bougainvillaea.
There is a large outside terrace and pool at the rear of the house, together with a second raised terrace for views over the lovely Prickly Bay. From the front of the house are views over Mount Hartman Bay, where the yachts sail in to the moorings at Secret Harbour. The property has an electric main gate which leads to a driveway and parking area at the front of the house, and a garage with electric door. Villa Gelatini also has its own 36,000 gallon water tank and a pump room. |
