Rental by Owner of exceptionally spacious private villa with 6 ensuite bedrooms on the sunny north coast of the Dominican Republic. Affordable Caribbean luxury with pool, jacuzzi and full airconditioning.Fully refurbished spring 2005.
Guests of Villa Parthenon will enjoy a house with unusually spacious rooms and high ceilings, flooded with natural sunlight from the large portico-styled windows.
The Bedrooms are each over 400 square feet and equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, Cable T.V., and either a king or queen sized bed. All have ensuite bathrooms with oval corner tub, shower, W.C., bidet and double handbasins.
The Great Room offers an exceptional communal living space of over 1,000 square feet, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area,wet bar and lounge area with Cable T.V.
Apart from the natural tropical breezes, this room may also be cooled by A/C or ceiling fans.
On the Garden Terrace, guests can enjoy the oval-shaped Freshwater Pool or the total relaxation of unwinding in the gazebo or separate Hot Tub amongst the luxuriant palm trees. Tables, chairs and sunloungers are also provided.
Cleaning service is provided six days a week, and linen and towels are changed twice weekly.

Villa Parthenon is situated only 5 minutes' walk from the beach in the verdant private community of Costambar, offering a peaceful and relaxing oasis beside the Atlantic Ocean, and yet only around 4 miles to downtown Puerto Plata, or to the tourist resort of Cofresi. Puerto Plata's International Airport (POP) is only about half an hour's taxi ride away, and is well served by both scheduled and charter carriers.
