Condo in Sosua Dominican Republic for rent, 1 bedroom, fully furnished, cable TV, balcony overlooking pool and garden. Close to town & beach.
The unit is fully equipped, Color TV with satellite cable, DVDMP3CD player (Zone 1 DVD) blender, toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, knives, bed linen, in fact everything you might need for a relaxing stay. A cell phone is available at a nominal charge.
Maid service is available by prior arrangement.
A short walk from the main street to the beach takes you past little shops selling local arts and crafts. Cabarete is located about 7 miles along the coast from Sosua and can be reached by Taxi for around 100 pesos or by the local "guaguas" which are shared taxis (usually driven at high speed) for around 10 pesos.
In the evening the local restaurants set their tables out under the palms so you can enjoy a feast of fresh seafood under the tropical stars. One of our favorite spots is "Las Casitas" where you can sample their shrimp in garlic sauce, one dozen whole huge shrimp in a tasty garlic butter sauce. |
