Wonderful

We just returned from an 8-day stay at Olas de Oro. Our extended family of 14 occupied villas 24 and 20. Daily grounds keeping, housekeeping and security were excellent. We arranged for one of our housekeepers to come in and cook a dinner which was delicious and very reasonably priced.
I recommend the Tropicoco resteraunt at the hotel entrance. The Saturday night buffet was unbelievably good.
Villa 24 is beachside but private as a sand dune is placed in front. The beach is beautiful, clean and uncrouded. The water was cool, not cold, not warm. Pefect for swimming. Our 4 year old nephew and my 80 year old mother-in-law had a ball in the surf. snorkling can be done at the east end of the beach but best go to Sosua which is 40 km west.
