DO NOT stay at this place

I am a well traveled travel agent in Pennsylvania and when I go on vacation, I stay in 4 to 5 star properties and, I like to rate the places I stay in and others in the area so I can recommend them to my clients.
I booked my vacation last year at this "MOTEL" back in May of 2004 as a recommend from the Owner(s) Kari and Arthur. They wanted me to come to visit their new property they had just purchased so I can send my clients there, Well... IT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK and I was horrified when I arrived and most of all, this is NOT A GAY PROPERTY !!!. Let me tell you about the hell I went through....
My "Luxurious" room was a 2 bedroom suite. The living room had 2 broken high back chairs and no TV. The door did not close and there was no luck on it allowing anyone to come into the room so I had to move one of the two broken chairs in front of it to keep it closed. The floor tiles were cracked and some missing. The kitchen counter was in pieces and I even found a huge mummified dead lizard that was laying inside the sink, bird and other animals droppings were all over the place . The drawers in the kitchen were missing, the refrigerator looked like it has not been used in years and the window was missing some glass slats and didn't close. The bedroom was even worst... the bed was a flat piece of plywood with a thin mattress with stained bed sheets and holes. I didn't shower that night since the water was brownish and I was afraid it was contaminated. The bedroom paint was, in some places, pilled off and some other you could see something brown growing in it. NO AIR CONDITIONING and the heat was unbelievable!!. The pool was cloudy and dirty.
The staff was not very understanding of the situation and all they could do was move me to another room but this one was not much different... the only difference was that it had a working air conditioning and it was just a fan.
Kari, the "OWNER" is not very friendly either and she argued with me that there was nothing wrong with the rooms and that she was proud of this place.... OMG !!!!. Also, this MOTEL is NOT ON THE BEACH!!!. It's about a 10 minute walk to an okay beach... beware of the stray dogs residing at the hotel, they can be a little UNFRIENDLY!!.
Those were the worst 2 days I have ever spent at any place. I'd lost my money (7 days all-inclusive ) since they would not refund me any moneys paid and I had to leave on the second day of my 7 days vacation... I moved to another property where I was MUCH, MUCH happier and worth the additional $1200.00 for 5 nights.
If you are looking for more info, please do not hesitate to contact me. I'll be more than happy to tell you all about it. I just don't want anyone else going to this place and finding out what it really is before it's to late like it was for me.
