A D D I T I O N A L     I N F O: Four suites including our elegant honeymoon suite surrounded by the spectacular Papillote Tropical Gardens which include a world-class collection of indigenous orchids, exotic bromeliads, aroids, gingers and heliconias that form a brilliant floral experience blending into the overwhelming wilderness beyond. Natural hot springs course through a series of sumptuous bathing pools -- a perfect place to relax,soak away hiker's sore muscles, read a book or plan the next day's adventures. Rainbows arc across the mountain ridges beyond the terrace of our Rainforest Restaurant. Sample our chef's inventive Creole cuisine, featuring fresh-caught fish and exotic fruits from the endless bounty of Dominica's organic gardens. A C T V I T I E S: We are a 10 minute walk to the major Trafalgar Waterfalls and across our valley are many sulfur springs and a myriad of natural hot spring manifestations. Above us in the high mountain village of Laudat are great hikes to the Boiling Lake, the crater LAkes and Titou Gorge as well as the Rainforest Aerial Tram. We give educational guided garden walks through the many trails at PApillote A M E N I T I E S: In addition to the 3 natural hot mineral (iron) pools and extensive gardens, 30 bird species can be seen on the grounds as well as agoutis and other indigenous wildlife.
