For a low price you can spend your vacation in a nice studio apartment in the center of Curaçao.
This completely newly renovated small vacation complex is located in the town center of Curaçao called “Saliña”, at walking distance you will find a bus stop, bars and restaurants, in a 10 minutes drive you can reach the town centers of the capital (Willemstad) “Punda” and “Otrabanda” and the closest beach “Mambo”. In just a few minutes in car there is a supermarket as well. This small complex has 4 studio apartments located near each other, each one in it’s own style and color. For a low budget price you can spend your vacation in this small and colorful complex with studios that have all the necessary commodities. This complex is surrounded with a walled garden that offers enough privacy and from which you can depart to beautiful places and beaches. In the garden you will find a common and beautiful tree of Curaçao called the “Flamboyan” with beautiful orange flowers, this tree is in fully blossom between July and October.
Interior:
These colorful studios have an open kitchen with a bar and bar seats, a sleeping area, a terrace and a bathroom.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove, kitchen linen, dishes and the necessary cooking equipment.
The sleeping area has a double size bed (3 of the studios have a box spring) with their sheets.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a sink and enough storage room.
Exterior:
Each studios has it’s own private terrace with a small table and 2 chairs, there you can have your breakfast, lunch, dinner or enjoy a refreshing drink. From this terrace you can enjoy our “Flamboyan” tree who will be flourishing only for a few months between July and October.

Extras:
- All the studios have air conditioning and a radio/CD player.
- The minimum stay is one week.
- A final clean up is obligatory for an additional cost of 30 € (Euro).
