La Sirena Townhouse is one of the six townhouses that make up Las Villas Mar y Sol. This townhouse's patio adjoins that of El Delfin, which makes the pair perfect for large families. The floor plans are very similar. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor.
Living Room of Villa Sirena has a large mirror on one wall giving the room a much bigger feeling.
La Sirena is furnished with rattan furniture and complimentary touches of rustic Mexican. There are pictures and art items throughout the house, to accentuate the tropical feeling of island living. Sirena is centrally air-conditioned. Between the patio and the beach are attractive plantings in a verdant lawn, just the thing for getting the sand off the feet.
Master Bedroom of Villa Sirena has a great view of the ocean.
The master bedroom also has a private dressing area and closet and it's personal bathroom with a shower and a marble wall high enough to fill a tub for a bath if you need one.
The second story has two bedrooms as you can see here, from the second story landing. The left is the maste bedroom and the right is the second beachfront bedroom with two single beds. They both have a beachfront balcony that overlooks the pool, yard and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The coconut trees along the shoreline frame the beautiful view.
With its location next to the Paradisus Hotel on the north and a short walk down the beach on the south to the Cozumeleño Hotel, La Sirena provides the advantages of having your own home away from home with virtual privacy. Both of these hotels are all inclusive so you don't see much traffic along the shoreline.
