My wife and I have stayed here twice,both times for one week in April 2006 and March 2007. Both times were very enjoyable stays. The rooms are spotless, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms are also clean and you can drink the water. Our Son and his family live there so we bring the 2 grand kids to the hotel and use the pool, it's small but the view is fantastic and you don't have to worry about the kids, they are very happy even though they have a pool at their home.
The food in the restaraunt has always been good with a good selection available, the staff is excellent.
Check in and check out has always been easy and again with an excellent staff and cocierge willing to handle any questions.
We have stayed in rooms on both sides with the city view aznd the harbor view, both were very enjoyable.
Great stay, were going back in March and April.

Great hotel

This is a smaller hotel located in the downtown area. It has a nice pool overlooking the ocean with a small bar. Breakfast is included with freshly made omelets and other mexican delights. The people were great! Everyone seemed to have a smile on their face and they wanted to help. What a great change from the all inclusive, stuck out in the middle of nowhere places. You get the true feeling of cozumel and its people. The rooms were spotless and cold. We will go back! Highly recommended!
