Beautiful oceanview complex on Grand Cayman private beach, consisting of a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom villa and a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom villa, offering elegance and superb snorkeling. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and each villa has complete living, dining and kitchen with breathtaking views, and for less than most Cayman hotels. Ideal for a romantic getaway, group or a family these new and luxurious accommodations boasts true island splendor.
The downstairs Villa can easily accommodate a group of six (two per room) in queen-sized beds, and two children on a rollaway bed. The upstairs Villa can sleep four, two per room. Please see rates for further information. Please ask in advance if you will need a roll away bed.
SeaWatch appeals to couples, honeymooners, groups of couples/single friends, and families with children who are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The Villas are comfortable and centrally located to avoid the "crowds", yet provide easy access to nightlife, restaurants, the airport, and - the best diving and snorkeling on Grand Cayman.
The property is very safe! In fact, the Island has very little crime, which makes it a pleasant place to live and visit.
All villas are fully equipped with a kitchen, T.V, telephone,ceiling fans, A/C, twice weekly maid service, BBQ grill and hammocks on beach.

Set in the peaceful residential area of Breakers, SeaWatch, as it's name implies, sits directly across from the sea, with it's own sandy, secluded beach. Just a 14 mile drive from Owen Roberts Airport, it's designed for couples on an Island getaway or families wanting to experience a truly 'Caribbean Holiday.' Seawatch Villas was opened in October 2000 after realizing that many visitors wanted to experience a Caribbean vacation without being in the hustle and bustle of the town center.
Seawatch Villas is located along the coast in the middle of the island in the 'Heart of the most spectacular diving' in the Caribbean, which is protected by the coral reef. Snorkel, swim and dive all day long or bask in the sun, or swing in the hammock, whatever your pleasure you can find it at SeaWatch Villas.
