One of On The Bay condos has now been completed, and is located in Old Man Bay, population 200. This is perhaps the most secluded and pristine area in Grand Cayman and is located approximately 20 miles east of Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town.
On The Bay is situated on an area approx. 3.25 acres, with over 225 feet of ocean frontage and a unique private swimming cove. Although local zoning requirements allow for beach resort/residential to accommodate up to 20 apartments or 30 bedrooms per acre, for the sake of privacy the total number of units will be only 30, or one half of the maximum density allowed.
On The Bay is designed with a level of luxury and finishes not found in some of the million dollar units in other crowded areas on the island. The use of quality materials will allow for maintenance free buildings and some of the lowest Strata fees in Grand Cayman with additional soundproofing and insulation to ensure privacy and protection from the outside elements.
