Northern Lights is a privately owned and managed 9-unit luxury condo complex located on the waters edge on the quiet north coast of Grand Cayman.
The beauty and comfort of these units are only matched by their surroundings: 240 feet of sandy beach, a coral reef teeming with life only 75 feet from shore and a panoramic view of 10 miles of shoreline. The buildings are tucked away among native palms, seagrape and almond trees. Every condo has a view of the pool, cabanas, boat dock and the multi-colored Caribbean Sea. There is a freshwater pool and a boardwalk reaching out into the sea, at the end of which is a thatched cabana.
Northern Lights has a level of luxury and livability found only in the million dollar condos on Seven Mile Beach but in a serene setting. Extra effort has been expended in the design and construction of these units to give each occupant those extra special conveniences that make for casual and care-free island living. Features include:

Directly in front of Northern Lights are some of the island's most spectacular dive sites: Mermaid Point Drop-off, Skinny Palm Tree Reef Drop-off, and Babylon to name a few. All sites are accessible from the shore for experienced divers. Fish or snorkel right from our own dock.
Attractions nearby include world famous Stingray City, the village of Old Man Bay, the island's only Botanic Park and nature trail. Area amenities include fine restaurants and grocery shopping, a post office, major watersports operators and a ferry service from Rum Point Club to the Seven Mile Beach and George Town.

Northern Lights is located one mile east (right) of the junction at Old Man Bay where the road forks and goes left to Rum Point and right to Morritts Tortuga Club. The condos are located on the ocean side of the road.
