Welcome to the Cayman Breakers Condominiums - Cayman Brac. We are located on Cayman Brac's unique South-East end where the sea and the famous "bluff" finally meet. The view from the "Breakers" is one of a kind. There are many things to experience on Cayman Brac. We are only a short walk to "Great Cave", Diving can be done from shore, Snorkeling, Bird watching, Climbing, Hiking, Or just lounging around the pool! Cayman Bracs greatest attraction is its surrounding waters. Marine life of all shapes and sizes abound in these clear, warm waters of the Caribbean.

 Welcome to a world of unspoiled beauty and an island which is as pristine & timeless as they come. If over populated resorts & long lines are not your idea of a perfect getaway, then we invite you to take a look at what the "Breakers" has to offer! Unlike many resorts, our concept is to provide the setting & the rest is up to you.
Diving is perhaps the islands most famous attribute. With so many dives and dive sites to choose from on the island, divers find themselves amazed at the variety of diving available. With the recent sinking of the Russian Destroyer in fall of 1996, Cayman Brac has further increased its underwater appeal. The Russian Ship rests in about 55 ft. of water at its shallowest and 110 ft at its deepest. The ship rises to within about 15-ft of the surfaces ensuring that non-divers can get a good look at the vessel.
Dive sites such as Greenhouse Reef or Radar reef are shallow reef dives (20-60 ft) and display spectacular coral rising to within feet of the surface. On the other hand, wall dives start quite deep on the island (about 70-100 ft) and provide quite a different dive experience. For non-divers, the bottom can clearly be seen at over 150 feet, so the underwater treat is shared. The Cayman Breakers new Luxury condominiums offer, ocean front, ocean view, two bedrooms, central air, Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer in utility room at affordable prices. We will be accepting Visa also. We have a beautiful Courtyard with Cabana’s to sit under, Hammocks to relax, BBQ grilles, rinse tank for divers, shower, and easy gear up and down by the wall and steps, for shore diving from the Breakers. |
