sun palace resort views

this was my first time at the sun resorts. my friend is a member. we had a "great time" the resort was very
clean. maid service was excellent. sometimes twice a
day. peo were very friendly. the food was top notch.
great service by the beach. cocktails were always
there. sometimes didn't even ask. they just appear.
very nice beach, & view of the ocean. pools very
clean. weather was fantastic. all rooms had an ocean view. 5 star folks. just loved it !!! would go back
in a "heart beat"

Lovely relaxing Palace

This was a beautiful, relaxing and friendly Palace to have come to for my husband and me. Our service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. We would absolutley reccommend Sun Palace for a much needed adult vacation! We will definitely come back!

Not really a palace

Hotel is still not fully operational and ready for guests. Certainly not a star rated hotel. No room cleaning for 2 days, no turndown service, no "towel animals". Mold in our "new' room's closet. A/C not working properly. TV had a constant whine on the few channels one could get. Public relations was a joke. Food boring and certainly not up to par with other Palace resorts. We would never had bought a membership had we stayed here first. Looks like opening of Cancun Palace bodes more of the same.
