 Located just 20 minutes from the airport, the Caribbean Village Cancun invites you to one of the world's most beautiful beaches to enjoy its active all-inclusive program. You may never want to leave the resort with its variety of sports and water activites that include sailing, windsurfing, boogie boarding, kayaking and canoeing. For more relaxing pursuits, soak up the water and sun at the swim up bar or pool-side whirlpool . Enjoy a wide selection of dining and entertaiment, from the open-air international restaurant, to your choice of three specialty restaurants (Brazilian, Mexican, and Italian). What to expect: Family members scatter to the beach, the pool, and the Kids Club. Blue-and-yellow-clad staff members guide guests in a myriad of activities at each location. Choices include games such as darts and Ping-Pong, water aerobics, beach volleyball, pool volleyball and basketball, Spanish classes, dance lessons, and beer-drinking contests. Nightly in the resort's coliseum-like theater, the entertainment staff puts on a show.
Amenity highlights: A large pool, surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs and including a swim-up bar, is divided into an activities end and a "quiet" end. Two children's pools and a hydro-massage tub are also located on the pool terrace above the beach, which has sand as fine as sugar and nearly as white. For shade and semi-seclusion, the beach supplies a row of palapas.
The 300-room, six-floor hotel displays Mexican flair, with brilliant white walls brightly accented by splashes of blue, yellow, and pink. Massages are given under a canopy alongside the Caribbean. Miranda's - Reservations are required at this dinner-only restaurant which features fun and flamboyant Brazilian service. Servers wield sword-like knives to slice chicken, pork, beef, and lamb at the table. Barbecued ribs on skewers are also available.
Firenze - Reservations are also required at this intimate, dinner-only Italian restaurant, which features soft lighting and white linens. Selections include starters such as seafood crepes and broiled mussels and main courses such as saltimboca and lamb chops. |

Cancún International Airport (CUN): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 11 miles.
Driving directions from Cancún International Airport: Take airport access road going east and follow signs to Zona Hotelera and Blvd Kukulcan. Proceed north on Blvd Kukulcan, hotel is located at Blvd Kukulcan Lt 18 Manzana 0 just before the Km 12 marker.
Authorized taxis, minivans (or collectivos), and private cars are the best way to make the journey from the airport to your hotel. Transportation options can be accessed as you exit the terminal to your right. A private taxi to downtown Cancún: $16–$25 USD. A private taxi to the Hotel Zone: more than $36 USD.
Collectivos provide transportation to downtown Cancún: $5–$15 USD. A private car service to your hotel can be arranged: more than $36 USD. Rental cars are available at the airport and on this Web site: more than $36 USD.
