Worst hotel in Cancun

My husband and I just returned the rooms had 13' TV with no balcony. The toilets wouldn't flush and we constantly had maintenance to repair them. The front desk employees were rude and didn't want to be bothered. The food was made for cattle the same slop everyday. This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. It needs new staff and better quality food. There are so many other nice hotels it would be worth your wild to check them out before you ruin your vacation at this hotel.

Rip Off

I just returned from Cancun and stayed at the Caribbean Princess. Upon arrival they overbooked the hotel and sent us across the street to Aqua Marina (what a dump). They told us the next day we could check back in to Caribbean Princess but they lied and we had to wait another day. Finally after much complaining they gave us a room and then someone stole my purse and my husbands wallet out of the room. Don't stay there! They rip you off and lie to you!

What a place

This hotel is wonderful. Small and efficient, it is friendly and the kind of place you feel home-sick for. All management and staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and the food is generally very good though maybe sometimes lacking a little imagination. The entertainment team is superb.
We would have no hesitation in rebooking here and would in fact put it on request.
The atmosphere far beats the larger hotels on the strip where all you will be is a number. BOOK THE CARIBBEAN PRINCESS HOTEL (if you can stomach flying Air 2000!)

Entertainment Team of the year !!!!!!!!

Staying at the caribbean princess was lovely. The staff are unbelievably friendly especially the Entertainment Staff ( Charly and Tracie ) These two people especially made our stay even more enjoyable and they should be awarded for it. Especially for their efforts in the show with Micheal Jackson, Madonna and not forgetting the Dog. Well done . Thankyou to the resturant staff also and reception, all so helpful and friendly! Surely a holiday to remember. Thankyou Again !
