Cancun villa rental - maximum 6 persons. From the living room you are about 25 yards from two private pools and, from there, a few more steps to the white sand beach and Cancun's crystal clear blue water. The water temperature is a constant 82 degrees.
Security:
Twenty-four hour security is provided in addition to everyday maid service. Beach and regular towels, sheets, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and more are all furnished, along with cable TV with 60 english channels plus 30 music channels.
The Villas are patrolled around the clock. Nevertheless, please use precaution. Valuables should not be left unattended at the pool, beach, or when you leave the Villa at night or during the day if Magdalena is busy.
Utilities:
The water is fine to drink at the Villa or any of the major restaurants. We prefer bottled water for coffee and drinks as the local water has sediment. The large bottle in the kitchen can be replaced for a full one in the office for 10 pesos.
Electrical. Same as the US. Polarized plugs don't work unless the larger side is filed down.
Telephone. The phone is for local calls only. The number is 85-03-01. If you need to call the United States, the major hotels (e.g., Sun Palace next door) all now have pay phones, which will take your credit card.
Air Conditioning:
The Villa has individually controlled air conditioning for each floor, but it is often unnecessary due to the constant sea breeze and cool nights. |

- Paolo - Downtown. Italian. More of a local's place.
- Carlo's & Charlies - Great for barbecue (ribs and chicken). Kid's hangout. |
