 Why Azul? Well, Azul means blue. Blue as in sky. Blue as in ocean. Blue as in Agave. Blue as in True. And True Blue to us is a covenant for service, style and originality. You may say that we were bored with average and eager for a little style so we let our imagination run free and created a place for anyone looking for something more than just a typical vacation.
So, what makes Azul so special? First, this is no mega-sized resort. With just 98 rooms, it offers an intimate atmosphere and affords proximity so that each room is under a minute from the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the bars, and basically any other facility on the premises. |
 The beach is great for lounging or being totally active. There are three pools, one for fun and two more relaxed. Check out the Beach Cabanas, our four-poster beach beds, outfitted with king-size mattresses, retractable drapes and oversized pillows, perfect for private sun bathing and intimate star gazing. Activities, water sports, vegging out, playing in the sand, you choose: active or lazy...or a little bit of both. Here's what's available:

 TThe 96 rooms at AZUL were designed in a stylish contemporary décor and are available in superior and deluxe oceanfront category and have all features to satisfy the discerning traveler. All rooms at this beach front property are either directly on, or just a few steps away from, the secluded beach of Bahia Petempich.

 Have you ever eaten at a restaurant with five different menus? Have you ever tried ordering from an all-lobster menu? Have you ever had a Tequila Martini? Have you ever had a drink at a bar with swinging beds? Yes, it's all part of the all-inclusive. And no, reservations are not required. On a diet? We even have a low fat, low carb menu.
No jackets or reservations required! No buffet lines permitted!
Buffet lines are just not cool, so we eliminated them (except for the kids...those are cool!). Jackets are too restrictive and reservations are overrated, so none of our restaurants require them.
Combining a selection of eclectic menus and creative drinks and serving them a' la Carte in a hip setting, on the other hand, was a requirement. So that's what you'll find at the restaurants and bars.
The fine international cuisine and all premium-drink bars will appeal to the sophisticated side of your palate. The taste buds of the young world traveler will be delighted with various kids' dishes.
Blue Restaurant - The restaurant offers five separate menus, including an all lobster menu and a low carb menu. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Restaurante Tainan - Serving Asian-inspired cuisine including sushi, sashimi, pot stickers, and Chinese fondue. Dinner.
La Mancha - Caribbean snacks such as smoothies, iced tea, espresso, sandwiches, brownies, cookies, and ice cream are served here.
Agavero Tequila Lounge - Over 30 tequilas and a variety of drinks are offered.
Aquanox Bar - Guests may enjoy tropical drinks and ocean views from hanging beds in this bar.
