Your daily adventures will begin and end in the casual elegance of Hamanasi Dive & Adventure Resort. You'll be able to kickback and soak in the ocean air in our Great House or by the pool. Onshore explore ancient Mayan sites, discover caves deep in the rainforest, hike through the world's only Jaguar Preserve, kayak or canoe down a jungle river or cool off in waterfalls cascading down mountainsides. Belize is a birder's paradise! With Hamanasi you will see Belize's vast range of birds from sea, coastal, mangrove to rainforest birds. Offshore another world awaits! Hamanasi is Belize's premiere dive and snorkel facility. As a PADI Instructor Development Center you will dive and snorkel with experts in the field. We dive and snorkel the best of Belize! In front of Hamanasi lies the pristine Southern Barrier Reef loaded with snorkel and dive sites surrounding idyllic cayes. Further offshore are 3 of the Caribbean's 4 atolls -- Glover's Reef Atoll, Turneffe Islands Atoll and Lighthouse Reef Atoll with the Blue Hole. Seasonally, we dive Gladden's Spit with whale sharks!
All tours are accompanied by licensed Belizean tour guides who will ensure that you have a fun, safe experience!

 You will enjoy your stay at Hamanasi in our spacious, casually elegant accommodations. All rooms feature gorgeous Belizean hardwood furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private porches. All colorfully tiled bathrooms have plenty of counter and storage space and plush, thick towels. You will relish a peaceful night’s sleep with fine linens, comfortable mattresses and soft pillows. Every effort is made to find ingredients of the highest quality and have them delivered pure and fresh. We serve scrumptious international cuisine with a Caribbean twist. Should you have any special dietary requests do let us know. We usually can accommodate your needs! Our friendly staff will welcome you with warm smiles and professional service.
Sun Salute!
Greet the morning with hot coffee, fresh squeezed juice and home baked breads. Our room rates include Continental breakfast of assorted breads, fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee and hot tea. For those seeking a heartier meal try our filling breakfast burritos, Belizean omelets, stuffed jacks or French Toast.
Lunchtime
For lunch you’ll have a variety of choices including quesadillas, seafood burritos, chicken wraps, and barbequed short ribs to name a few. Of course, you may always partake in our Belizean lunch of the day! Throughout the day try our famous homemade chips and salsa or ceviche! Many of our daily adventures include a pack lunch, such as Belizean rice, beans and chicken or curried chicken wraps, accompanied by fresh fruit and homemade cookies – yum!
Dinner at your service.
At night enjoy Hamanasi’s fine dining experience! After a fun-filled day savor our tasty meals while enjoying a bottle of fine wine. Start your meal with oven fresh bread, homemade soup, fresh salad or a scrumptious appetizer. Select from Belizean seafood, mouth-watering poultry, pork or beef or a vegetarian dish. Our nightly specials ensure a wide selection of choices during your stay. For desert, try our decadent chocolate extacy, caye lime pie or banana fritter. Finish off the evening with a glass of tawny port, herbal, green or black tea or a bottle of Champagne under the stars! Belize is one of the world's top dive destinations! With Hamanasi, a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center, you will experience Belize's best diving combined with our personal service touch. Our professional, PADI certified staff will help you explore miles of the pristine Southern Barrier Reef, and three of the Caribbean's four atolls. We dive the Southern Barrier Reef, Glover's Reef Atoll, Turneffe Islands Atoll, the Elbow, Lighthouse Reef, the Blue Hole, Half Moon Caye and more. Seasonally, we dive with the largest, perhaps most awesome, fish of the sea – whale sharks! We have 3 custom-built dive boats with all necessary safety equipment and a full range of rental equipment. Those wishing to learn to dive or expand their dive training we offer a variety of dive courses for those wishing to try diving to professional level courses!
