Clarence and Annabel, who hail from colder and more hectic points on the globe, cut the ribbon at this small intimate Beachside Bistro in July '96. Together with their friendly staff, Clarence and Annabel preside over the homey festivities each evening with grace, decorum and bonhomie. The kitchen, under Clarence's personal direction, turns out a varying assortment of prize recipes gathered from the couple's worldly travels & continuing gourmet experimentation.
