 Belize Odyssey Resort is on a tropical white sandy island in the Caribbean coast of Central America, protected by the longest living Barrier Reef in the Western Hemisphere.
The hotel consists of seven buildings on four spacious acres of white oceanside sand.
We are surrounded by green littoral vegetation for a healthy and pleasing garden setting.
The hotel has 18 modern airconditioned hotel rooms with A/C, balcony, QUEEN bed, fan, tv, fridge, private bathroom and hot water.
It also has 4 luxury suites with KING Bed equipped kitchenette, sofa sleeper, private bathroom, hair dryer, hot water and whirlpool jacuzzi tub.
This is the only hotel offering free games room.
TGhere is also a huge roof deck for sunbathing, reading, relaxing or to conduct weddings or special events or group meeting space.
The hotel has a 300ft pier on the beach where large groups of guests conveniently embark/disembark or swim, sunbathe, snorkel, read, sport fish or relax.
We have the largest and cleanest grounds on Caye Caulker island.

 From Belize Odyssey Resort you may experience the best of both worlds - THE REEF & RAINFOREST. A short boat ride or affordable regional flight will take you to exotic remains of the ancient Maya culture where historical monuments may be viewed, climbed, studied or photographed. Nearby, the beauty of the reef and the sea may also be explored and enjoyed by all. Boat excursions leave the beach daily to many attractions along the Reef to scuba dive, snorkel, sport fish and more. Other activities include kayaking, sailiing, windsurfing, swimming, photograpy, shopping, barhopping, kiteboarding and more Most visitors move around this small island on foot since everything is within about a 10 minutes walk.
Some opt to rent bicycles, electric golf cars or kayaks.
Fresh seafood is always the most popular menu item.
This is a very spacius property with on site children's park equipment, restaurant, bar & games room and a huge private roof deck with spectacular view of the island, the Caribbean Sea, the reef and neighboring islands convenient for sunbathing, reading, relaxing or meeting space.
There is also a Private 300ft boat docking pier where guests embark/disembark, swim, snorkel, sport fish, sunbathe or relax.
The atmosphere is like a breath of fresh air with prevailing easterly tradewinds of the Caribbean, keeping one comfortable temperature around 80 degrees throughout the year. The Caye Caulker environment has no air or water pollution nor acid rain. The Caribbean Sea in front of the resort, as in all Belizean waters, is rich with all kinds of marine life including fish, conch and lobster due to our second longest living reef in the world. Mangrove wetlands behind the resort provide healthy and interesting wildlife nurseries for various species of fish, birds and crocodiles.
The modern hotel rooms are air-conditioned, with daily maid service, balcony, queen-size bed, fridge and tv, private bath, and hot water.
Non-divers and non-fishermen feel equally at home at our resort and are welcome to take short and exciting daytrips. There is snorkeling at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve nearby, or exploring the village life, local arts and crafts of the souvenir shops as well as other nearby cayes. A RESOURCE CENTER of the Caye Caulker branch of the BELIZE TOURISM INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION is located next door to our resort providing cultural presentations, slide shows and lectures about our local culture, customs, wildlife and other attractions by appointment.

 The on-site Restaurant and Cocktail is for exclusive relaxation and enjoyment of hotel guests.
Favorite menu choices normally include succulent seafood specialties such as freshly caught whole red snapper, conch or lobster according to seasonal availability plus other local dishes.
The onsite restaurant has ceramic tiled floor with seating capacity of over a hundred diners.
The restaurant has the cleanest separate ladies and gents restrooms. |
