This hotel is vastly over priced for what you get. Totally accommodating for the British family on tour who are there to drink and be very loud. Even if don’t mind hard core reggae music played as loud as possible and just want a change from the Costa Brava, this resort can only be best described as a “$100 dollar a night special”. The whole place badly needs a renovation and the food is simply adequate for the non educated palette. It’s in a beautiful setting which only makes the way they spoil it with the non stop Bob Marley music even worse. The same tapes over and over again completely take away from the helpful and friendly staff. JUST TURN IT DOWN !!!! we had to ask every day for the beech bar to turn the music down only for it to be right back up there 5 minutes later. Ruined our holiday. In the evening you simply can not hear yourself speak with the awful noise coming from the oversized speakers of the main cabaret hall and then you are asked to continue in the night club that simply put is a giant woofer and not much else exuding Abba tunes. The bass from the speakers gives your heart a massage. The staff play the music to suit themselves and not the clientele all of whom were complaining (at the bar if not to the management) the week we were there.

Even on the beech, the boom, boom of bass players warming up can drive you nuts.

The coffee machine, hairdryer and iron in our room were all broken. Although they were replaced after a while.

Our room would not pass the dirt and dust finger test in our house.

The golf course was the best thing here.

Frankly, we have been to 5 star places for the money and this place falls way short if you have had any experience of good taste in food and a class vacation at all.
