Best Beach in the world!

The hosue is right on the beach! Great views all around ... great fishing and diving too. Tthe house was perfect, private yet close to everything. We were up with the sun and made most of our meals at home. Erin & Paul are the best! They helped us with lots of local information and getting my lost bag back! Plan on returning to the Guana Baech House next year!

Next Vacation Rental Review ...
Not Worth the $$$

The property was not worth the money spent. It was unclean. Many things such as chairs, towel bars, were broken. It is located too close to Nippers - which means there were drunks staggering around the property and throwing their garbage on the beach. There are much better places to stay in Abaco!

Property owners live in Wisconsin and require full payment in advance by mail. Caretaker is a very nice woman. However, when we arrived, the air conditioner was not working and the house was a sauna. The screen doors on the house were broken rendering us unable to open the sliding doors for air without inviting numerous insects into the home. The refrigerator and cabinets contained food and drink items from previous renters and the kitchen was infested with ants. The adirondack chairs on the deck (the only place to get cooled off) were broken and the deck contained empty liquor bottles again from previous renters. We paid for a week's stay and left after just two. We had intended to get married while there but the experience was so bad that we did not want our memories of our wedding to be from that experience. To date, the property owner has refunded only $450 of the $1200 we paid.
