A D D I T I O N A L     I N F O: The Green Turtle Club and Marina is centrally located on the tiny 3-mile long island of Green Turtle Cay and is a short golf cart commute from the village of New Plymouth, home to just over 500 persons, most of whom can trace their ancestral roots to the Revolutionary War Loyalists who first settled the island. The fascinating history of New Plymouth can be traced at the Albert Lowe Museum which offers photographs dating back to the turn of the century as well as ship models of the Abaco sailing vessels, some of which were used as blockade runners during the Civil War. The village offers a variety of galleries, restaurants and shops where gold jewelry manufactured in Abaco and beautiful Bahamian art work are among some of the treasures that can be purchased. New Plymouth is home to the Bahamas Premier artist, Alton Lowe, who opens his private museum to the public periodically during the year. D I N I N G   &   R E S T A U R A N T S: Breakfast and lunch are served on the covered and screened patio overlooking the scenic harbor. At dinner guests are offered a choice of seating at two different locations, either the elegant main dining or the more casual outdoor harbor side restaurant. Reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. with one seating at 7:30 p.m. A pre-diner cocktail hour is held nightly at the Pub style bar from 6:30 to 7:30 with complimentary hors d'oeuvre, and is an ideal time to meet old and new friends.
