Owner Managed Since 1966, now guided, by the second generation. Long Bay started as a Hotel, very early on, being family run it became more like an Inn. With the addition of a plethora of services over the years, it developed into, the Small unique Caribbean Inn & Resort we are today.

 Most people in Antigua will agree that the beach at Long Bay is by far the best in its natural beauty and its friendliness towards bathers.
Long Bay's accommodations all face the Bay. The cottages are scattered around the landscape affording privacy along with the ability to catch the easterly breeze.The rooms are all just feet from the bay-side facing east which guarantees beautiful sunrises and constant trade winds.
Long Bay's style is truly Antiguan (Caribbean). We are a laid back personal place with emphasis placed on relaxation and personal service. No numbers for the guests here. We strive at learning your name, your favorite drink, your quirky habits. To insure a truly laid back experience we DO NOT offer personal phones, television, air conditioning, noisy pursuits or organized activities.  We at Long Bay, Antigua offer many kinds of activities. We offer Tennis and a wide range of Water Sports, they include Sailing, Windsurfing, Snorkeling, Fishing, Scuba (Nov. to May only), Ocean Kayaks and Water Skiing. All non-motorized sports are complimentary. We recommend a trip to one of the nearby Out Islands to enjoy a day on your own or a Water Taxi to Famous Harmony Hall for a superb Lunch. |
 Dinning at the resort is a special treat. In the main Club House the Turtle restaurant offers a full breakfast menu spiced with local fruits. Dinner is predominately a global experience, offering North American, European, and Caribbean flavors. Lunch is served on the terrace at, The Beach House restaurant offering a wide choice including, Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, Omelets, Local fish and more. |
