Description: Sunrise Family Golf Centre is Grand Cayman's newest golf course. Sunrise is a 9-hole par 3 course, located 15 minutes from George Town. The courses layout is challenging, ideally suited for juniors, beginners or golfers looking to sharpen their iron or short game skills.Sunrise is a walking course, which measures 897 yards. Sunrise has a full size; land based driving range 300 yards in length, with target greens, yardage markers and a grass teeing area. It features a clubhouse with a fully stocked pro-shop. Rental clubs and pull carts are available.
The courses layout is challenging, ideally suited for juniors, beginners or golfers lokking to sharpen their iron and short game skills. Sunrise has a full size, land based driving range 300 yards long, with target greens, yardage markers and grass teeing area.
Sunrise aims to provide "afforable golf", "played in a reasonable amount of time", "in an environment conducive to learning", "accessible to all".
The teaching staff is well qualified with two PGA Professionals, Robert Cummings (US PGA Class A member) and Kerry Maher (CPGA member). Personal instruction as well as video lessons are available.
