The monkeys, known as the “baboon” to Belize residents, are known for their infamous howl and raspy-like cat roar. Visitors can coast the rivers of Belize, and rove the mangroves, rustic villages, and authentic Maya archaeological sites on a guided tour from nearby San Pedro to the sanctuary.
