Description: Puerto Morelos is a quaint fishing village. It is your first stop after leaving the Cancun airport. Puerto Morelos is a nice place to spend an afternoon snorkeling. You will find many small boats and guides available for hire at the pier. There is also a restaurant that is good for lunch called Los Pelicanos. Puerto Morelos also has several small shops that feature Mexican crafts. Pemex gas station is on hwy. 307 before you turn to go into town. Fill your tank up here before returning your rental car.
