We could see 5 ft tarpon, "Charlie", parrotfish, and other reef fish just below us. Fresh flowers, and linen tablecloth. Ordered the 'special dinner' designed by the chefs who have represented Bonaire at international cooking competitions. Started with tomato basil soup with shrimp cappucccino cream, then steak tartare with drizzled horseradish sauce around a scallop, and fresh cilantro garnish. Next the entree' with wahoo, tuna and shrimp each marinated separately and with it's own sauce. Vegatables very tasty. Desert just right. We have eaten at gourmet restaurants all over, and also cook well. This was the best food anywhere, anytime. The setting was fantastic (great sunset), the service gracious and attentive. We are going back to celebrate our 19th anniversary there.
