Restaurant Rating: Date of Visit: January 2000 Restaurant Tip: "Lowered for the roof in a basket..." There is a place on San Rafael & Infanta (Near the University of Havana) that sells pizza from the roof of a building. You will see people on the street shouting their orders up. the pizza is than lowered in a basket, and you will have to send you money back up..
