When me and my family came here we had to wait 3 hoursd for our food, they didnt provide any entertainment for our wait either. When the food finally arrived, it didnt look very appertising, the food had just been thrown on the plate in a disorderly manner, I had ordered spaghetti bolognese, the meat was uncooked and it tasted disgusting. the worst meal iv ever had, this experience has put me off eating out in Belize. i wouldnt have minded aas much but they werent even busy sorry for anyones disapoinment but the truth had to be told. I am sorry but I think that the previous reviewer is confused on where they ate because it was not at the Blue Water Grill. First of all, Spaghetti is not on the menu now nor has it ever been. I eat there regularly and during the busy season if you don't have a reservation there can be a short wait but they move it along quickly and are very hospitable. The bar area makes a very comfortable place to wait and the energetic, friendly, and curteous bartenders are entertainment enough. During high season, the Blue Water Grill is always rocking and has a great vibe and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend the Blue Water Grill to anyone who is lucky enough to find themselves in San Pedro. My mouth is watering just thinking about the grilled snapper with their spicy sesame butter sauce and the coconut shrimp sticks. I can't wait to get back! The experience did not disappoint. The seafood was delicious and the open air setting on the beach was beautiful. We loved it and returned for our last night as well. "Baldy" was our waiter and he took good care of us. Can't wait to go back!
