We have been to Rum Runners 20+ times for lunch or dinner. It is open air (covered) dining on the Christiansted boardwalk overlooking the harbour. Daily specials are the way to go. Live lobster tank. Every evening, in the open space between the bar and the boardwalk, they feed 4ft long tarpons that congregate in large #'s under the spotlights for the freebies. Hey..if the tarpon like it, you'll love it.
Greatest restuarant for watching the sunset is the appropriately named "Sunset Grill" just north of Frederiksted. A truly "locals" place with great happy hour prices.

Allways ask about the daily "chalkboard" specials (actually, it is a dry eraseboard). If you are in teh mood for lobster, check out the live lobster tank on your right as you enter to see if there is any there that you want.
Directions/Location:
One other great place, the Buccaneer Hotel. Spend a day at the Grotto beach, pool, and bar (with good burgers).
