Winter Reggae In Paradise II - Looking for affordable hotel: St. Croix Forum

A friend and myself will be traveling from California to attend the festival this year in Cramer's Park on January 7, 2007. We are looking for basic and clean accomodations for approximately 7 nights. No air conditioning is required but would like something within walking distance of the festival and beach if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for a place to stay? This will be our first trip there so we would appreciate any tips and info anyone can offer.
