Is this the Kokomo of the Beach Boys song, or was the house named for the song? I was always under the impression that Kokomo was an island or at least a town, is it only a house? I've been trying to get info on Kokomo from the internet and have gotten nowhere. Please let me know if you have any info. Thanks.

It's an offshore island exclusive to Sandals located Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The island bar scenes were filmed at Dragon Bay, Port Antonio, Jamaica.

Sorry, but "Kokomo" is really just in Indiana, and it sounds nice in a song.

After the song became a hit, places in Florida incuding real estate, bars, and rental houses popped up.

Kokomo is an island. It is a very small island outside of montego which is privatly owned by the sandals resort company.
